In order to steadily promote the codification work of the Education Code, the Seminar on Codification of General Provisions of the Education Code was held on June 27, 2024 at the China University of Political Science and Law, sponsored by the Education Code Codification Group, and organized by the Institute of Rule of Law and Government of China University of Political Science and Law, and the Center for Research on Education Law of China University of Political Science and Law. Nearly 50 experts from the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Department of Policies and Regulations of the Ministry of Education and other State organs, as well as universities and research institutions such as Peking University and the China University of Political Science and Law, attended the seminar.
