On August 23, 2024, the Seminar on Revision of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law hosted by the Bureau of Administrative Reconsideration and Response of the Ministry of Justice, and organized by the Research Society of Administrative Law of the China Law Society and Heilongjiang University was successfully held in Harbin. From the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Legal Committee, the Supreme People's Court, the Ministry of Justice, the local judicial and administrative system, universities and research institutes and experts and scholars in charge of a total of more than 50 people attended the meeting.
