On August 17, 2024, the Second Seminar on Rule of Law and High Quality Construction of Administrative Normative Documents was successfully held in Beijing, hosted by the Administrative Law Research Society of the China Law Society and organized by the Institute of Rule of Law Government of China University of Political Science and Law. More than 100 experts and scholars from the Legal Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Supreme People's Court, the Ministry of Justice, the China Law Society, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Beijing Municipal People's Court, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance, Tsinghua University, the China University of Political Science and Law, China Law Review, China Legal Publishing House, the Chinese Judicial Big Data Research Institute, the Rule of Law Education Network, and Beida Software attended the seminar. More than 100 experts and scholars from the organization attended the conference.
