To promote academic research, discipline construction, talent training and achievement transformation of the procuratorial public interest litigation system, to better integrate theory and practice, and to address the major theoretical or practical problems in the procuratorial public interest litigation system, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP) of the People’s Republic of China and CUPL have jointly established the Research Base of Prosecutorial Public Interest Litigation.
