In order to   promote the development of the theories of procuratorial public interest   litigation system and actively enhance dialogues between theoretical circles   and practical circles, the Research Base of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation,   CUPL now call on  people’s courts and   people’s procuratorates at all levels to recommend model cases (including pre-litigation   cases and litigation cases)  which are   of great institutional or innovative significance and are replicable.
