In accordance with the requirements of the China Law Society’s Notice on the Selection of the Fifth Outstanding Achievements Award in China Legal Science (Hui Zi [2022] No. 14), taking into account the actual situation, China Administrative Law Society organized the preliminary evaluation of the Fifth Outstanding Achievements Award in China Legal Science. Until the closing date for application, a total of 21 achievements were received. After formal examination, 20 met the requirements for application.
