In March 2022, the Council of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Foundation launched the selection for the third Ying Songnian Administrative Law Achievement Award. The selection process was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Provisions of the Ying Songnian Administrative Law Foundation and the Measures for the Selection of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Achievement Award. After independent application, expert review and result disclosure, eight academic papers and two monographs were selected as winners. The awards ceremony will be held during the 2023 Annual Meeting of the China Administrative Law Society (CALS).
