The Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was initiated by China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), with the mission of encouraging excellent postgraduates of administrative law and promoting the development of the research on administrative law. The scholarship was officially launched on December 10, 2005, and has been successfully held for ten sessions. It has gained great influence among the general public and has been recognized as the “Nobel Prize of Chinese Administrative Law”.

The recommendation and application process for the 11th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship is now open to all doctoral and postgraduate students with research interest in administrative law across the country.
