In order to encourage development of think tanks in the field of culture and tourism and promote the high-quality development of culture and tourism, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism decided to set up “Culture and Tourism Research Bases (2023-2025)” in 40 institutions, including China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL has been selected as one of the hosting institutions, and Prof. Zhao Peng, Dean of SLBG,  serves as the chief expert.
