The “Seminar on the Rule of Law System for Diversified Dispute Resolution” was initiated by the Institute of Rule of Law Government of China University of Political Science and Law in 2021, with the aim of serving the construction of a high-level “Rule of Law China” and “Safe China”. It aims to serve the construction of high-level “Rule of Law China” and “Safe China”, and to provide theoretical support for the innovation of the rule of law system and high-quality development of the practice of diversified dispute resolution system. In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and focus on the innovation, effectiveness and systemic nature of the diversified dispute resolution mechanism in the new journey of Chinese modernization, the Institute of Rule of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law intends to convene the Fifth Symposium on the Rule of Law System of Diversified Dispute Resolution in Beijing in late May 2025, which is expected to be held in Beijing.
