In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of administrative reconsideration, promote the effective implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law, give full play to the role of administrative reconsideration as the main channel for resolving administrative disputes, and push forward the development and improvement of the theoretical system of administrative reconsideration with Chinese characteristics, the Administrative Reconsideration Specialized Committee of the Administrative Law Research Association of the Chinese Law Society, in cooperation with 18 journals, has launched a theme essay activity entitled “The Second Construction of the Main Channel of Administrative Reconsideration and High-quality Development”. The Committee of Administrative Law of the China Law Society, in cooperation with 18 journals, will focus on the theoretical and practical problems since the implementation of the newly revised Administrative Review Law, and carry out the theme of “The Second Session of the Construction of Main Channels of Administrative Review and High-Quality Development”.
