In the evening of December 16, the 96th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the title of “Practice and Reflection on Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation”. Prof. Liu Yi, Ph. D. Supervisor of School of Administrative Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Vice Director of the Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Department of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate was invited as the lecturer. Prof. Wang Tianhua, Ph. D. Supervisor of the Law School, CUPL was the commentator. The forum was hosted by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
