In the evening of March 8, 2017, the 97^th Forum of the Law-based Government was held in Xueyuanlu Campus of the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the theme of “Education under the Rule of Law and Educational Reform”. Wang Daquan, Vice Director of Legislative Affairs Office, Ministry of Education, was invited to express his opinions on the position and effects on education under the Rule of Law in the new round of education reform. The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
