In the evening of March 15, 2017, the 98^th Forum of the Law-based Government was successfully held in Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was honored to have Prof. Wang Lifeng, Professor of Department of Political Science and Law of Party School of Central Committee, CPC and Director of the Human Rights Teaching and Research Institution, and Prof. Ji Yaping, Vice Dean of School of Administrative Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, as lectures. The theme of the forum was “Party Rules and Comprehensive Rule of Law”. Prof. Wang Jianqin of the Law School of CUPL, was the moderator.
