On May 23, 2016, the 91st Law-based Government Forum invited Prof. He Haibo of Tsinghua University’s School of Law, Judge Geng Baojian of Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, and Liu Xing, Vice Director of Administrative Tribunal of Beijing’s Higher People’s Court as guests, with the theme of “Review and Outlook of the Amended Administrative Law after the one-year Anniversary”. Based on the enforcement, they outlined the effects from various perspectives, analyzed current issues and put forward the outlook. The forum was hosted by Lin Hua, Lecturer of the School of Law-based Government of China University of Political Science and Law.
