On April 19, 2016, the 90th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with the theme of “Legal Issues of the Shared Economy”. Based on the rapid development of the Internet, shared economy changed and crashed traditional commercial mode, and became a new impetus for economic development, which also implied many legal issues and brought great challenges for governmental supervision. It was honored to have Prof. Xue Jun, Vice Dean of Peking University Law School, Mr. Alamus, Vice Director of Policy and Legal Committee of China Electronic Commerce Association, and Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of the Law-based Government (SLBG). The three experts analyzed existed legal issues of the shared economy. The forum was hosted by Lin Hua, Lecturer of the SLBG.
