On November 6, 2017, the 103^rd Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Prof. Bai Jianjun of the Law School, Peking University, doctoral supervisor and Dean of Practical Law Institute was invited to give a lecture on “Examples Explaining Practical Legal Researches”. Liu Peng, Editor of Chinese Social Science and Prof. Wang Ping, doctoral supervisor of Criminal Justice College, CUPL, were the commentators. The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
