In the evening of March 16, the 106^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Prof. Qin Qianhong, Professor of Law School of Wuhan University, Distinguished Professor of “Changjiang Scholar” of the Ministry of Education, Chief Editor of Law Review, and Vice President of the Constitution Studies Institute of China Law Society was invited to give a lecture on ”Supervision Reform and the Development of the Procuratorial System”. Prof. Li Shuzhong, Vice President of CUPL and Vice President of the Constitution Studies Institute of China Law Society was the commentator. The Forum was moderated by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), CUPL, Secretary General of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS). Prof. Wang Qingbin and Associated Prof. Lin Hua of SLBG also attended the Forum.
