In the evening of April 19, the 107^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Judge Long Fei, Deputy Chief Judge of the Administrative Tribunal of Beijing NO.1 Intermediate People's Court was invited to give a lecture on “Analysis on the Functions of Administrative Litigation”. Prof. Zhao Hong of College of Comparative Law of CUPL and Judge Cheng Hu, Vice President of Beijing NO.4 Intermediate People's Court were the commentators. The Forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL. Prof. Cheng Xiezhong, Dr. Mayun and other teachers of the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) also attended the Forum.
