In the evening of April 25, the 108^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Prof. Shi Yajun, President of the Institute of State Governance of CUPL, former Party Secretary of CUPL, and Vice President of Chinese Public Administration Society (CPAS), was invited to give a lecture on “A Profound Change: Deepening Reform of the Party and the State’s Institutions”. Prof. Lu Chunlong of the School of Political Science and Public Administration of CUPL, Director of the Academic Office of CUPL and Prof. Liu Junsheng of the School of Political Science and Public Administration of CUPL were the commentators. The Forum was moderated by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL. Prof. Gu Yongqiang, Party Secretary of the School of International Law of CUPL, Associate Prof. Zhao Peng, Deputy Dean of SLBG, Associate Prof. Lin Hua, and Dr. Gao Hong from the School of Political Science and Public Administration also attended the Forum.
