In the evening of November 29, 2018, the 113^thLaw-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The theme of the forum was “Struggle and Reflection: How to Write Academic Dissertation”. The Guest Speakers were Peng Chun, Ph.D. of the Law School of University of Oxford and Assistant Professor from Law School of Peking University. Prof. Cheng Xiezhong from CUPL, and Dr. Chen Tianhao, Ph.D. from University of Bordeaux and Assistant Professor from the Law School of Tsinghua University participated in the forum as guest panelists.The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG). Professor Zhou Qingfeng from the Law School, CUPL, and students from Peking University, Tsinghua University, CUPL and other universities attended the event.
