(The 115th Forum) New Administrative Law and China’s Practices

In the evening of March 27, 2019, the 115^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuan Lu Campus of CUPL. The guest speaker was Prof. Yu An, Professor of School of Public Policy & Management of Tsinghua University, Vice-President of China Administrative Law Society, and Vice-President of WTO Law Research Society of China Law Society. Prof. Yu delivered a speech on New Administrative Law and China’s Practice. Prof. Liu Fei, Dean of China-EU School of Law, CUPL and Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of School of Law-based Government, CUPL, participated in the forum as guest panelists. The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
