(The 116^th) On “Cohesion between the Supervision Law and the Criminal Procedure Law” in the Implementation of the Supervision Law

In the evening of April 1, 2019, the 116^th Law-based Government Forum, as one of the series of events to celebrate the first anniversary of the implementation of the Supervision Law, was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The Guest Speakers were Prof. Mo Jihong, Deputy Director and researcher of the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Executive Vice President of the Constitutional Law Studies Institute of China Law Society, and Pro. Chen Weidong, Executive Vice President of China Criminal Procedure Law Research Institute of China Law Society and professor of the Law School of Renmin University of China. The theme of the speech was On“Cohesion between the Supervision Law and the Criminal Procedure Law” in the Implementation of Supervision Law. The forum was moderated by Professor Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL. Prof. Liu Yi and Associate Prof. Cao Liu of SLBG also attended the forum.
