(The 117^th) Discussion on the Judicial Interpretation of the Exclusion Rules of Administrative Litigation Case Acceptance

In the evening of April 21, 2019, the 117^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The Guest Speaker was Prof. Fang Shirong, Professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Vice President of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society. Prof. Fang delivered a speech on Discussion on the Judicial Interpretation of the Exclusion Rules of Administrative Litigation Case Acceptance. Prof. Wang Qingbin, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL, and Associate Editor of Administrative Law Review, Associate Prof. Liu Quan, professor of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and Dr. Wang Shuliang from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics participated in the forum as guest panelists. The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of SLBG.
