(The 119th) Data Governance and Disclosure

In the evening of May 15, 2019, the 119^th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The Guest Speaker was Prof. Yu Xingzhong, Chair Professor of the Law School of Cornell University, Distinguished professor of Northwest University of Political Science and Ph.D. of the Law School of Harvard University. The theme of the forum was Data Governance and Disclosure. Wang Qinghua, Professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Beijing Normal University, and Liu Han, Dean Assistant and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Tsinghua university participated in the forum as guest panelists. Xue Feng, Member of the Judicial Committee and presiding judge of the administrative court of Beijing Municipal First Intermediate People’s Court, Yin Chao, Associate Professor of Research and Evaluation Center of Law Education of CUPL and Lin Hua, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) also attended the forum. The forum was moderated by Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government and Secretary-general of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society.
