How does the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Supervise the Law-based Administration of the Government?

In the evening of June 15, 2019, the 121^st Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Lin Yan, Professor and Ph.D. supervisor of Kaiyuan Law School, Shanghai Jiaotong University, was invited to the forum as the guest speaker. The topic of the forum was How does the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress Supervise the Law-based Administration of Government. Prof. Wang Guisong, Professor and Ph.D. supervisor of Law School of Renmin University of China, and Prof. Bi Yanying, Dean of the Department of Law of University of International Relations spoke on the forum commentators. Zhao Peng, Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), and Lin Hua, Associate Professor of SLBG also attended the forum. The forum was moderated by Professor Wang Jingbo, Dean of SLBG and Secretary General of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society.
