（The 123^rd）The Judicial System of Poland

      In the morning of September 11, 2019, the 123^rd Law-based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of CUPL. The guest speakers of this forum was Judge Bartosz, the presiding judge of European Court of Supreme Administrative Court of Poland. His topic was The Judicial System of Poland. Prof. Xie Zhiyong, Dean of the College of Comparative Law of CUPL, and Prof. Xu Shenjian, Dean of the School of Juris Master of CUPL spoke on the forum. Other guests including Lu Kunkun, Judge Assistant of the Administrative Adjudication Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, also attended the forum. The forum was moderated by Lin Hua, Associate Professor of SLBG of CUPL.
