(The 124^th) Legalization of Ethics or Ethicizing of Laws? ——The Legal Nature of Ethical Review

In the evening of November 12, 2019, the 124^th Law-Based Government Forum was held at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. The guest speaker of this forum was Zheng Ge, Shanghai “Oriental Scholar” and professor form Koguan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The theme of the forum was “Legalization of Ethics or Ethicizing of Laws? ——The Legal Nature of Ethic Review”. Prof. Lei Lei, Deputy Dean of the School of Law of CUPL, and Wang Wei, Director of the Teacher Development Center of CUPL and Associate Professor of the School of Law, attended the forum as commentators. The forum was moderated by Dr. Wang Chunlei, a postdoctoral fellow of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL. Associate Professor Lin Hua and other teachers from SLBG also participated in the forum.
