In the afternoon of December 14, 2009, the 4^th Youth Public Law Forum of the semester was held at Room 206, Mingde Main Building. It was honored to have Wang Guisong, a young teacher of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL),to deliver a speech with the theme of “Administrative Law: A Branch of Legal Science”. Zhang Xiang from CUPL hosted the forum. Over 30 Ph.D.s and postgraduates also attended the event.
