On February 10, 2011, the 28th Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was greatly honored to have Hiroyuki Oonuki, Professor of Chuo University Law School, at the event. As the lecturer, he delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “The Revision of the Administrative Litigation Act”. Wang Chengdong, Professor and Ph. D. Supervisor of CUPL, served as the host.
