In the evening of March 1, 2011, the 1st Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum in this semester was successfully held at the Academic Lecture Hall in the library of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The seminar was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG). It was greatly honored to have Prof. Yu Lingyun from Tsinghua University as the lecturer. He delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of “The Protection of Legitimate Expectations in Administrative Law”. Prof. Liu Fei from CUPL served as commentator at the event and Wang Qingbin, Associate Professor of SLBG of CUPL, hosted the lecture.
