In the evening of March 28, 2011, the 40th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was greatly honored to have Prof. Dong Baocheng from National Chengchi University as the lecturer of the forum. He delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of “New Challenges of Right Relief for Students of Universities—The No.684 InterpretationAs An Example”. Prof. Wang Jingbo and Wang Qingbin, Associate Professor from the School of Law-based Government also attended the forum.
