In the evening of April 7, 2011, the 31st Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Academic Lecture Hall in Library of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The seminar was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG). It was greatly honored to have Prof. He Haibo from Tsinghua University and Associate Prof. Zhang Qing from School of Law and Economics of CUPL as the lecturers. Under the theme of “Housing Restriction Policy and Administration by Law“, the two scholars delivered speeches from the perspective of Administrative Law and Economics respectively. Wang Qingbin, Associate Professor from SLBG, CUPL hosted the lecture.
