In the evening of December 23, 2010, the 38th Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Room 108 of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The event was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG). It was greatly honored to have Zhou Jidong, Director of Legislative Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal People’s Government, as the lecturer. He delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of “Global Urban Construction and Governance by Law”. In addition, Prof. Liu Shen from the Law School of CUPL was invited to serve as commentator and Prof. Wang Jingbo from SLBG hosted the lecture.
