On May 9, 2011, the 40thLaw-based Government Forum was successfully held at Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was greatly honored to have Wang Jiaqin, Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs Office of Department of Policies and Laws, Ministry of Education, as the lecturer. The speech delivered by him was under the theme of “Reconsideration and Litigation of Information Disclosure in Higher Educational Institutions”. Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL, hosted the forum.
