On May 9, 2011, the 41st Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law. It was honored to have Prof. He Haibo and Associate Prof. Zhangqing from Tsinghua University School of Law at the event. As lecturers, they delivered speeches with the theme of “Housing Restriction Policy and Administration by Law”.
