On May 12, 2011, the 43rd Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was held at Academic Lecture Hall in Library of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was honored to have Mr. Li Zhongzhou, former Director of International Trade and Economic Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic cooperation and Chief Expert for EU-China Trade Project, as the lecturer. He delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “Looking at the past decade: Joining the WTO and Construction of the Legal Systems of Chinese Government”. In addition, Associate Prof. Dai Long from School of International Law, CUPL, was invited to comment on the lecture. The host of the forum was Hao Qian, Associate Professor from SLBG.
