In the afternoon of June 21, 2011, the 44th Seminar Series of Law-based Government Forum was successfully held at Academic Lecture Hall in Library of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The event was hosted by the School of Law-based Government. It was greatly honored to have Mr. Jean-Marc SAUVÉ, who was Vice President of the Council of State (France) and President of the French Institute of Administrative Sciences (IFSA), as the lecturer. He delivered a keynote speech entitled “The Administrative Litigation System of France and Its Latest Development”. In addition, Mr. Terry Olson, Justice of the Council of State (France), was also invited to be the guest. Prof. Xue Gangling from the Law School of CUPL hosted the lecture and Associate Prof. Zhang served as the interpreter.
