In the evening of September 2, 2011, the 1st Law-based Government Forum of this semester was successfully held at Academic Lecture Hall in Library of Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The event was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government. It was honored to have Prof. Chen Qingxiu, Professor of Soochow University Department of Law, as the lecturer. He delivered a speech with the theme of “Assessment and Supervision of Administration by Law”. Prof. Liu Shen of CUPL was invited to serve as the host and the commentator.
