On May 8, 2012, the 57th Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was successfully held at the Academic Lecture Hall in the library of Xueyuanlu Campus. The lecturer of the forum was Associate Professor Cui Wei from School of American and Comparative Law, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He delivered a wonderful keynote speech with the theme of “Issues Concerning Administrative Law in Tax Law Practice of China and United States”. It was honored to have Fu Hongwei, Director of Policy and Regulation Department, State Administration of Taxation, and Zhang Qing, Associate Professor of School of Law and Economics, CUPL, to serve as commentators.
