On May 22, 2012, the 58th Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was held as scheduled. The lecturer of the forum was Mr. Jean-Bernard Auby, Professor of Administrative Law from Paris Institute of Political Studies and Directeur de la Chaire Mutations de l’action publique et du droit public. He delivered a speech with the theme of “Urban Management and Public Property Use in France”. It was honored to have Zhang Li, Associate Professor of SLBG to be the host as well as the commentator.
