In the evening of June 4, 2012, the 59th Law-based Government Forum sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) was held at Academic Lecture Hall in Library of Xueyuanlu Campus. It was honored to have Ms. Patricia E. Salkin, Director of Touro Law Center and Professor of Albany Law School, and Ms. Carol Ann Siciliano, Associate General Counsel of Cross-Cutting Issues Law Office, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, at the event. They explained their experience in major administrative decision-making for the students present. Ms. Jamie P. Horsley, Vice Director of Yale China Law Center and senior fellow, was invited to serve as the commentator. The host of the forum was Prof. Wang Jingbo, Vice Dean of SLBG of China University of Political Science and Law.
