In the evening of November 22, 2012, the 65th Law-based Government Forum was held at Room 119 of Teaching Building at Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). It was honored to have Prof. Wang Renbo from CUPL as the lecturer. He delivered a speech with the theme of “What is Constitutionalism in China”. The host was Associate Prof. Wang Qingbin from the School of Law-based Government, CUPL.
