On November 28, 2012, the 66th Law-based Government Forum was held at the Academic Lecture Hall of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law. The theme of the forum was “On the Procedures for the Formulation of American Administrative Rules”. It was honored to have Prof. Jeffrey Lubbers from American University Washington College of Law as the lecturer. The forum was hosted by Prof. Ying Songnian and interpreted by Prof. Zhu Weiyi from School of American and Comparative Law.
