The evening of June 6, 2012 witnessed the 60th Law-based Government Forum. It was honored to have Prof. Timothy E. Lynch from Law School of the University of Missouri-Kansas City at the event. As the lecturer, he delivered a keynote speech with the theme of “The Drawbacks of Financial Derivatives: Government and Market in the Post-financial Crisis America”. Prof. Liu Yan from Law School of Peking University and Prof. Zhu Weiyi from School of American and Comparative Law, China University of Political Science and Law also attended the forum as commentators. Hao Qian, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government, was the host of the forum.
