In the evening of December 26, 2012, the 67th Law-based Government Forum, the last forum of 2012, was successfully held at the Academic Lecture Hall of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The theme of the forum was “Anti-corruption by System and Anti-corruption by the Rule of Law”. Prof. Jiang Ming’an, Director of Constitution and Administrative Law Research Center and Ph. D. Supervisor of Peking University, and Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and Dean of the School of Law-based Government were lecturers of this forum. Associate Professor Wang Qingbin served as the host.
