In the evening of June 13, 2013, the 72nd Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in the Academic Lecturer Hall of Xueyuanlu Campus, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Danilo Pappano, Professor of Politics of University of Calabria, Italy as the lecturer and Prof. Fei Anling, Dean of School of Juris Master as the host. Luo Zhimin, Associate Professor of College of Comparative Law of CUPL, was the interpreter, and Zhang Li, Associate Professor of the School of Law-based Government of CUPL, was the commentator.
