At 7 p.m., May 28, 2013, the highly-focused Law-based Government Forum opened its curtain under the host of Prof. Huang Jin, President of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Vice Director of China Law Society. Prof. Yu Keping, Vice Director of Central Compilation and Translation Bureau, Director of Chinese Government Innovation Research Center, Peking University and Director of Kaifeng Political Development Research Institute of Tsinghua University, was invited to this forum and delivered a speech with the theme of “Official Standard: An Analysis of Chinese Traditional Society from the Perspective of Politics”.
