On December 8, 2013, the 74th Law-based Government Forum was successfully held in Room B211, Keyan Building in Xueyuanlu Campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). This forum invited He Zengke, Doctor of Political Science, Research Fellow, and Director of China Institute of Global Development Strategies, Central Compilation and Translation Bureau. Prof. He Bing, Vice Dean of the Law School of CUPL and Ph.D. supervisor was the commentator. They brought wonderful academic reports on Reflection on Innovation of the Social Management System of Social Management Institution. The forum was hosted by Wang Qingbin, Professor of the School Law-based Government.
