In the evening of March 31, 2014, the 75th Law-based Government Forum was held in Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law. Prof. Wang Zhenmin, Dean of Tsinghua University School of Law, gave a wonderful report on Enforcement of Constitution and Modernization of National Governance System.
